Competence To Win The Competition On The National and Global Labor Market (An Idea Create a Nation Successor)

Non-formal education / Out-of-school education is an education that must also be owned by every Indonesian people who need it. This is a very important order in the world of formal education. Since formal education has been available in various areas of expertise, it is still felt that it is not enough with formal education, but the role of non-formal education is an education that is getting more and more perceived when formal education has begun to be felt complete. This if not equipped with non formal education such as: the role of LPP Quantum, in east kotawaringin district, especially the city of Sampit.
The author discussed with a figure of Nasio-nal Education, Prof. Djudju Sudjana (1999). He describes in the Erofa Continent that during the time of education that greatly felt the importance of education outside school. For that PNF must exist in every field. So he took the example in Indonesia the role of non-formal education (Non-Formal Education) has not been widely played. Yet the more advanced a country, the more advanced also education outside school. But in fact in our homeland, not so. But we are grateful in the city of Sampit LPP Quantum, has helped solve this theory.

There is still a brief example of a job requirement in Greater East Asia (Japan) for example in undergraduate Bachelor of Electrical. In the company test he was accepted to work in the Electric company. But when he wants to go to work, he can not work yet. Because it does not have certificate of expertise in processing Electricity. So that concerned should take a course in LKP on Electricity. Otherwise he goes to work at the company where he is accepted to work. This is a proof of the role of the Course Society in a developed country. It should be in Indonesia too.
Various insights
Understanding competence is an authority (power) to determine (decide something) in the provision of knowledge and skills to learners (WB) in LPP Quantum.
The Meaning of Winning Competition leads to winning the example: 'not just the strength of the weapon, but the Quantum LPP through the non-formal education path not through economic power can also win through warfare.
The labor market can be interpreted as a market that brings together labor-seekers. In this market, are job seekers (Employment Owners), while as seekers are institutions that require labor.
National and Global Meaning is National to apply to one country only. For example National Indonesia, National Singapore and others. While International means to be world-wide. So the relationship of the country from Southeast Asia with the country from East Asia is international and vice versa.
The goal
We are equally understandable that providing good motivation and understanding to learners (including learners) including our graduates today, and have felt the importance of competence in winning the competition. So they participate in this Quantum LPP.

Lessons that course participants receive will be more meaningful and can be remembered better. Instructors can do various ways to build the knowledge of course participants. For example introducing about all the tools that will be used in the training.
Course participants should be introduced first how to use it and the usefulness of the tools.
If teachers, toturs, instructors want course participants to have more thought, they not only have to know the concept of the process but how they know and understand and can practice how sewing / computer techniques, and other good skills are and where techniques to produce a quality work.
According Piaget (in Foreman, 1993: 121) ways that can be used to build knowledge in the training process include the following:
a. Question or question and answer with the course participants. In a training process can use to build basic knowledge.

b. Presenting all the things needed in the training process during the learning process takes place. The function of educators in the adult learning process is to help learn adults who have a helpful meaning.

Facing the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA)
At the end of my speech this time, how can LPP Quantum face ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) an integral form in the sense of free trade system and labor market among Asean countries. Indonesia and the 9 member countries that agreed on the agreement in the Asean Economy Comunity (AEC).
At the Summit in Kuala Lumpur in December 1997 the leaders of ASEAN decided to turn ASEAN into a stable, prosperous and highly affiliated region with a fair economic atmosphere, and reduce the future poverty of socio-economic inequality (ASEAN Vision 2020).
With the above concept, LPP Quantum in the city of Sampit, has since been thinking in facing the labor market through education and training towards it. Including the establishment of the Education of Hospitality and Tourism at the level of DIPLOMA I to increase the competence of citizens to learn to win the Competition on the National and globalized Employment Market.
To LPP Quantum who has worked hard in recent years, preparing curriculum, qualified instructors to produce a competitive alumnus work market.
