A Concept About : NATION AND STATE LIFE
A Concept About :
NATION AND STATE LIFE

Preliminary
Already ten days have passed, we have passed the holy month of Ramadan. The Muslims have completed the pillars of Islam by fasting for a month. Now we have entered a new era in the life of the nation and state to continue the development of our country based on what profession is for the future of the nation's nation. If we understand about the origin and history of Halal Bi Halal, we first learn about the meaning of "halal bi halal", this cannot be translated in language, because the definition of halal bi halal was born from the culture of Indonesian society itself. If translated simply, it will contain incorrect meanings with the halal purpose and intentions of the law itself. This is because there is no Arabic gramer (nahwu sharaf) with halal bi halal rules. Even Arabs can read halal bi halal because there is no specific understanding of what it means halal bi halal. Lafalz "halal" comes from the Arabic language that has been absorbed into Indonesian, which is the opposite of the word haram. Halal means "allowed" or not prohibited, while the word "bi" is the jar letter which is usually interpreted "with". Virtually, halal bi halal is actually interpreted as "permissible". Halal bi halal cannot be interpreted in a language but is interpreted as a cultural aspect (culture), namely the culture of mutual forgiveness or by visiting each other's homes (silaturrahim) to ask and give ma'af which is continued by shaking hands. The origin of Halal bi Halal In this beloved country, if after a holy service and a month of fasting in the month of Ramadan, Muslims around the world celebrate Eid al-Fitr on 1 Shawwal every year. Celebrations are colored with takbir, tasbih and tahmid all day long. Next after Id praying, congregation greet each other and pray for one another. Cheers appear on everyone's face. We meet this kind of atmosphere at the time of Eid. But, there is one unique tradition in Indonesia at this Eid-ul-Fitr moment, a halal bi-halal tradition that emerges itself from the cultural roots of the country's population. The most popular history of the origins of this bi halal halal tradition is a tradition that was started by Kanjeng Gusti Pangeran Adipati Arya Mangkunegara I, otherwise known as Prince Sambernyawa, who at that time led Surakarta to gather the retainer and soldiers at the palace hall to do the courtesy to The King and Empress after the Eid celebration. This is done to save energy, time and costs. Since then, visits to older people, or people with a higher position to ask for ma'af on the Eid celebration become a separate cultural tradition.
Eid al-Fitr and Halal Bi Halal Eid al-Fitr according to: Ustadz Ahmad Faiz Asifuddin (2011) is one of the two major holidays in Islam. Usually in Idul Fithri, in this beloved country, it is always synonymous with halal bi halal events. As for its origin, it is a tradition as described earlier. Ibn Manzhur in Lisan al-Arab said the words of Mrs. al-A'rabiy: "Hari Raya (‘ Id) is called ‘Id, because that day is always repeated every year with always new excitement" Al-Allamah Ibn Abidin rahimahullah he said, "Hari Raya is referred to as‘ Id, because in that day Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has various kinds of goodness which all that good returns to His servants. Among other things: (Kindness) breaking the fast after previously having a ban on food, as well as zakat fithri. Also perfecting the pilgrimage (on Eid al-Adha) with thawaf pilgrimage, eating sacrificial meat, and others. Because his habits on that day always contained joy, pleasure, and joy. In another history (mentioned). The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said. يَا أَبَا بَكْرِ ، إِنَّ لِكُلَّ قَوْم عِيْدًا ، وَهَذَا عِيْدُنَا O Abu Bakr, in fact every group of people has Hari Raya. And (today) we are Hari Raya (id). Shaykh Ali bin Hasan hafizhahullah quoted Imam Baghawi's words rahimahullah who said as follows, "Bu'ats is a day known among Arabs. Historically, on that day there was a massacre by the Aus army against the Khazraj tribal army. The battle between the two tribes continued for a hundred and twenty years until the arrival of Islam. Then, with the words of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam," today is our "Id (feast)", it is understandable that showing joy on two Islamic holidays is a symbol of religion. That day is not like other days. Thus, the halal bi halal or whatever the term is, is an activity that is changed, if it is only intended to express joy on holidays, Eid al-Fithri and Eid al-Adha, for example to eat together, meet family and friends. Because indeed the musilmin is allowed to express the joy of their hearts during the holidays, as long as the excitement does not deviate from the provisions of syar'i. Meaning of life Once again talking about halal bi halal most of us have their own life goals. This future life goal might be like wanting to be a person: teacher, doctor, security force, etc., or want to be rich and famous and can represent the country in certain fields abroad. Whatever the purpose, for most of us, but we are just as understandable that the goal is more dominant in the world. Our existing education system has been organized to help us pursue that worldly goal. We as parents, we also instill the same goals of worldly life in our children, by encouraging them to study and enter professions that provide more financial benefits than other professions. There is still no one among us who has the age to find something that is not yet owned by the findings of other people in the world. We recommend that teachers, lecturers and parents let us both find findings that have not been obtained by others in order to raise the dignity of the nation, in the life of the nation. One might ask, "How can the purpose of this worldly life be in line with the purpose of spiritual life and the reason for our birth on planet Earth?" It requires the attention of thinkers, as an aspect of nation and state in the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. A fairly simple answer. We strive for worldly goals primarily because we seek satisfaction and happiness in life. The effort to achieve "peak and eternal happiness" is essentially what drives all our actions. However, after we achieve worldly goals, of course the happiness and satisfaction produced only lasts a little, then we pursue the next dream for us to achieve in the world.
What is the meaning of life Some people might ask; what does our life mean in this world? According to: Ari Wahyudi, (2012). If we look at the many answers to that one question. Some answer, that life is money. So that every second of this life that is sought is money. This means that if he does not have money, as if his life has been lost. Others answered, that life is a position. So that every second that is sought is position. Some see that life is an opportunity to have fun. So for this group worldly pleasures are the main goal sought. Ladies and gentlemen - may God bless us - this life is a very valuable opportunity for us. Do not let us waste life in this world for something that is not clear and will disappear. The pleasure of this world even if we want to think well, it is not long. Just a moment, isn't that so? Allah ta'ala said (which means), "As if when they saw that Day of Judgment, they were not alive (in the world) except for a moment in the afternoon or in the time of dhuha." (Surat an-Naziat: 46) By remembering God, we will be careful in living this life. Because God always watches over us and knows what we say, what we do, wherever and whenever. There is nothing hidden from him in the slightest case. This is what we should always instill in the hearts of all of us. We must fear Allah both when at home, on the road, at work, campus, in the market or wherever we are. Thus according to (Ari Wahyudi, 2011) that: when we are with other people or when alone it is the same. Then what should we do in this world? An interesting question is also in the life of this nation. we find the answer in the Qur'an. Allah ta'ala says (which means): "I did not create jinn and humans but that they worship me." (Surat adz-Dzariyat: 56). What is the righteous person? Let us think together - may Allah show us - that piety we will achieve when we always remember the day of vengeance and prepare to face it by carrying out His teachings. As said by Ali ibn Abi Talib radhiyallahu'anhu that piety, "Fear of Allah, charity with revealed revelations, and preparing to welcome the Day of Judgment." Allahu a'lam.
How do we nation If we examine the various things above it has 3 meanings. Nation comes from the basic words of the nation. Nation is a homonym because its meanings have the same spelling and pronunciation but the meaning is different. Nation has meaning in verb or verb class so that the nation can state an action, existence, experience, or other dynamic understanding. So thus the term nation cannot be in a small sense. But what is meant by this nation is nothing but a single entity, which is inseparable from one another. Is it different in terms of ethnicity, class, but is it united that is inseparable from each other is a country in the territory of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. We are equally aware that in this Republic of Indonesia, no one feels that our tribe is the most, our group is the most powerful. But as a country that has the principle of Bheneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity), it is descended or not according to Aburizal Bakri (2018) that: "our lives are nation and state, basically we are brothers ...". So that Bhinneka Tunggal Ika is certainly no stranger to the ears of the Indonesian people. That's because these words are often spoken and played everywhere. Since elementary school, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika has been taught by social science teachers. Since elementary school is taught about the meaning, history and meaning of Unity in Diversity with the aim that from a young age or human shoot, the Indonesian people can still easily understand what Bhinneka Tunggal Ika is. Because if it is not taught since childhood or since young, it is feared that Indonesia's young generation cannot maintain the integrity and unity of the Indonesian state. so that divisions arose in various parts of Indonesia. Deep understanding is needed to accept all the diversity of nations in our country. From another point of view the understanding of the life of a nation and state according to: Hadipranata (2015) is "... a group of people who have a shared identity, and have in common descent, language, ideology, culture, and history and self-government ...". Whereas the nation is a human being who has a foundation of ethics, morality, and noble character in the attitude of realizing social meaning and fairness. The state is an area whose power is in political, military, economic, social and cultural aspects governed by a government in the region. While the state here is a man who has the same interests and declares himself as a nation and processes in one area and has ideals based on the intention to unite in building a sense of nationalism. What is meant by "national and state awareness", is aware that we are in the same place with the same language, ideology, culture and / or history and have rules in the political, military, economic, social and cultural fields that are regulated by the State. National and state awareness is an attitude that must be in accordance with the personality of our nation which is linked to the ideals and life goals of the nation itself. SUPPORTING FACT AND NATIONAL AWARENESS FACTORS The level of trustworthiness of an official. If the official is mandated in carrying out his duties, of course all elements will be honest in carrying out their duties properly. Not corruption and really the task given to him is a noble task. Equitable welfare of each region. With equity, each citizen will feel from the same rules and the same treatment as citizens of that country. Trust in representatives of the people or government who are honest and trustworthy. With us giving confidence to the government it will grow a sense of pride that we have a country that has a sense of pride. And the representatives of the people will gladly carry out the mandate. Strict law and government rules. With strict and fair laws and rules, peace will be created so that a sense of trust will grow, pride in the State. We must feel that we have a proud and proud Indonesian nation and realize that we are one nation and one state does not forget to speak one Indonesian language. THE FACTORS OF DECREASING THE NATION AND STATE AWARENESS, we must have a sense of shame if the nation and state of Indonesia if those who are mandated do not carry out their duties on the oath and promise that he has received. What's more, it is very embarrassing if acts of corruption commit public money or state money. Ignorance of the positive values / wealth of the State of Indonesia. The decline in the level of security of the State of Indonesia. Public distrust of the government if acts against the law are not enforced. The invalidity of leaders. The lack of legal validity. A feeling of wanting to highlight each group. Declining tolerance values
a Threat to the Nation and State. Non-Military Threats of Drug Abuse which is now being eradicated by the government, participation in the defense of the state. On the other hand Hadipranata, (2015) says that there is no scientific formula that can be designed to define the term nation objectively, but the national phenomenon remains current to this day. In the dictionary of political science found the term nation, namely "natie" and "nation", meaning that society whose form is realized by history which has elements of our country as follows: 1. One language unit; 2. One regional unit; 3. One economic entity; 4. One unity of soul that is painted in cultural unity. Understanding of the State: An organization among a group / several groups of people who together inhabit a particular area by recognizing the existence of a government that manages the order, as a rule according to: Prof. R Djokosotono, SH termed that the State is a human or human organization under a government. Whereas according to: G. Pringgodigdo, SH. The state is an organization of authority or authority organization that must meet the requirements or elements, namely there must be a sovereign government, a certain region and people who live regularly so that it is a nation. The author is in the same concept, but there are elements of different countries namely Consists of three elements in an egra namely: 1. There are people, namely the community or as citizens; 2. The intended area is; 3. There is a government. If the three elements above are fulfilled, then that is the condition of the main element in the establishment of a country. This includes the Unitary Republic of Indonesia that we love.
Meaning of Understanding Radicalism On this occasion a little bit of radicalism in the sense of language means understanding or flow that wants social or political change or renewal in a violent or drastic way. However, in another sense, the essence of radicalism is the concept of the attitude of the soul in carrying out change. Meanwhile Radicalism According to Wikipedia is an understanding made up by a group of people who want drastic social or political change or renewal using violent methods. However, when viewed from a religious point of view it can be interpreted as a religious understanding that refers to a very basic religious foundation with very high religious fanaticism, so it is not uncommon for adherents of this sect to use violence to people who understand different schools to actualize religious adhered to and believed to be forcibly accepted. This will damage the national order. So what is meant by radicalism is an old-fashioned movement and often uses violence in teaching their beliefs. While Islam is a religion of peace. Islam never justifies the practice of using violence in spreading religion, religious understanding and political understanding. A character named: Dawinsha said that the definition of radicalism equates it with terrorists. But he himself uses radicalism by distinguishing between the two. Radicalism is also a policy and terrorism part of the radical policy. The definition of Dawinsha is more evident that the radicalism contains a mental attitude that leads to actions that aim to weaken and change the order of establishment and replace it with new ideas in accordance with their beliefs. This last meaning, radicalism is a negative understanding and can even be dangerous as extreme left or right. This should let us stay away.
Examples of radicalism According to the author, an example of radicalism was one of the events of the Bali Bombing, the explosion of Kampong in Jakarta suicide on May 24, 2017, including the Poso incident, Central Sulawesi. They reasoned that to eradicate forms of deviation in Islam. That is because the clothes used by the Balinese tourists are "WAOW", so they feel called to uphold the truth. Crime or violence is a phenomenon that we often hear and see, both in the mass media and in the realities that surround our environment and society. The latest and warmest news is discussed, audiences and mass media and electronics, namely terrorism. Terrorism is always synonymous with terror, violence, extremism and intimidation so that it often causes negative consequences to bring down many victims. The emergence of extreme radicalism and international terrorism in the international political arena or in international relations has existed as a phenomenon whose existence emerged in the 1960s when terrorist activities have taken place in many parts of the world. Groups that are motivated to oppose the political status quo by means of violence and organizing their efforts transnationally, transcending State borders. However, the position of international terrorism is once again emphasized as a non-state actor like an MNC, TNC, international non-governmental institutions, financial institutions and other international organizations. It is said as a non-state actor at the international level, because basically the members involved in it, the network and the objectives of the action are on an international scale. Terrorism of radicalism and extremism emerged as part of the phenomena produced by the international system. Dissatisfaction with the decisions of international organizations, such as the United Nations, which in the viewpoint of terrorist groups are more likely to represent the interests of Western countries, has made them distrustful and frustrated at the effectiveness of these institutions in addressing global issues. Radicalism, extreme understanding and terrorism are one of the real threats to global world life. The impact of radical and terrorist movements can have implications for economic and political dynamics that can experience not small shocks, so as to create a sense of insecurity in the wider community. Violence in the name of religion / belief is often linked to the realm of radicalism and terrorism, since the inception of the Global War on Terror (GWoT) program by the United States after the events of September 11, 2001. Labeling violence and extremes inherent creates a view / assumption that between radicalism and terrorism ( especially those in the name of religion) are related to one another. Therefore, groups of people around the community will discuss the phenomenon of radicalism, extremism and terrorism in domestic and world. The things described above are very detrimental. And cause damage to the order of nation and state in the country. We must stay away from this kind of action. On this occasion I encourage young students, lecturers on campuses and other communities, who have radicalism to change their intentions and actions towards radicalism from now on. Because it understands and acts, there will be no benefit for us. And let's go back to the life of the nation and state that created this country that is safe and peaceful. Because actions like radicalism cause hostility. Seruang Aburizal Bakri (2018) is that: "... now let's increase friendship, to strengthen the Unitary Republic of Indonesia which we love together ...".
Supporting Factors Level of Nation and State Awareness The level of trustworthiness of an official. If officials are mandated in carrying out their duties, of course all individuals will be honest in carrying out their duties. Equitable welfare of each region. With equity, each citizen will feel from the same rules and the same treatment as citizens of that country. Trust in representatives of the people or government. By giving confidence to the government there will be a sense of pride that it has a country that can be proud of. And the representatives of the people will gladly carry out the mandate. Strict law and government rules. With strict and fair laws and rules, peace will be created so that a sense of trust will grow, be proud of the State We must feel ownership and pride in the Indonesian nation and realize that one nation and state. Factors for Declining Nation and State Awareness The shame of Indonesian nation and state. Ignorance of the positive values / wealth of the State of Indonesia. The decline in the level of security of the State of Indonesia. Unbelief in government. The invalidity of leaders. The lack of legal validity. A feeling of wanting to highlight each group. Declining values of tolerance and mutual respect. We need to be aware of the above matters, and be shunned, so that they will harm our own nation and country.
